The Second Coming
DEAR READERS: Early in February (1982) a psychic, Benjamin Creme, appeared on a national television network program. I did not see it but did hear the last part of the program via a friend’s telephone. Several people here asked me about my interpretation of his message so there may be others of you who are also interested and I will use the column today to tell you what Ramsingh (my spirit guide) said when we asked him about it.
While Ramsingh was complimentary of much of Mr. Creme’s writing and other work, he expressed his reservations concerning the specific date for Christ’s appearance. If I got the information correctly (I did not hear this part myself), Mr. Creme stated that Christ would appear on worldwide television on May 22, 1982.
Ramsingh referred us to the Bible which he says is basically true despite errors in translations, shallow interpretations, etc. He referred to Matthew 24:36 which states: “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.”
This would indicate that we should not expect to have knowledge of the date more than three months ahead of time, as Creme is giving in this instance. Ramsingh would seem to agree with that given in the Bible when he says that we will have no more than a few days actual notice and many people then will not recognize the signs.
Along with many others, Ramsingh has said that the Second Coming of the Christ (which will also fulfill prophecies in other religious beliefs besides Christianity) will probably occur within the 1980’s. This much they feel fairly safe in saying as we are at the end of the Age of Pisces and at the beginning of the Age of Aquarius.
One mistake in translation (Biblical) which has made a major difference to mankind is that which should have been translated ‘end of the Age’ came to us as
‘end of the world’. This does make a vast difference.
In the past each Age has had an Avatar or spiritual leader. Jesus was the leader of the Age of Pisces and will return as the leader of the Age of Aquarius --- the first to be Avatar for two different Ages.
But the transition time from one Age to another covers a period of many years so it is still difficult to know just when the Avatar will appear. There are various ‘clues’ that those on the spirit side can use to narrow the time period involved but exact timing is beyond that which it is right and lawful for them to see or even guess.
Ramsingh made the suggestion that Mr. Creme was pressured by others on the earth plane to give such a specific date. Such pressures come often and are sometimes difficult to resist. And it is admittedly possible that Mr. Creme may be right. We will know in just a few months.
