On Beauty
There is beauty in the world which we do not see. It is in the air, in the face of a child, in the purr of a cat, in a flower blooming in the grass with no one to see or care.
There is beauty deep in the woods, high in the sky, atop the mountain high, and under the ocean deep. Beauty where no man will ever have the opportunity to see it. Then why does it exist? Is not beauty for man’s benefit? None of the lesser animals can understand about beauty for beauty’s sake without other purpose. So why does it exist where man cannot see and enjoy it?
There are several reasons. For one thing all mankind is not incarnate. Much that is beautiful, yet inaccessible to an incarnate because of the restrictions of the flesh, is easily seen by those of us who are no longer hampered by the presence of a body.
All things in and of the earth have their own vibrational levels which affect the spiritual currents on and around the earth. Beautiful things have a far higher, finer, sweeter rate of vibration than that of the coarse and ugly. Even the winds, the storms, the clouds, and the rain are affected by these spiritual currents.
All the beauty provided by nature throughout the entire earth cannot offset entirely the effects of the anger and hatred that man pours into the atmosphere each day, but all is done that it is possible for the Devas of nature to accomplish as they work for the salvation of even the most evil ones connected with the earth.
So all that beauty, even that which has never been seen by physical eye, is yours whenever you wish it to be. It and all of the effects upon your world.
Look at yourself, your actions, your thoughts day by day. Do you add to the beauty or the ugliness of the world? Are you a part of the solution or a part of the problem of the world?
Come, sing with us; rejoice with us; give thanks for the love of God. This is, indeed, our Father’s world, and it is with love that we, your guides and guardians, would make you acquainted with it.
